Propel Layer ("we," "us," "our") builds websites for local small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you use propellayer.io or request a free website preview, and how we use and protect it. We keep this simple and we don't sell your data.
When you submit our preview request form, we collect the information you give us:
When you visit the site, we (and our service providers) may also automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and — if you arrived from an ad — advertising click identifiers (for example a Google "gclid") and campaign parameters (UTM tags). This helps us understand which marketing brings real customers.
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our website host, and may be forwarded to us by email. We retain lead information only as long as needed to respond to you and run our business, then delete it on request.
By submitting the form you agree that we may email you about your free preview and related services. Every email includes a way to opt out, and you can ask us to stop or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@propellayer.io. We never sell or rent your information.
If we have analytics or advertising tools enabled (such as Google Analytics and Google Ads), they may set cookies or similar technologies to measure site usage and ad performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We do not use this data to identify you personally beyond measuring and improving our marketing.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you've given us, and you may opt out of marketing emails at any time. To make a request, email hello@propellayer.io. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and delete — and note that we do not sell personal information.
Our site and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
